Undoubtedly, your first question will be when you can expect an answer, and how you’ll receive it.  So here’s what you can expect.

You’ll receive an auto-responder email confirming that your message made it through.  Sometimes it doesn’t make it past the spam filters, so don’t panic if you don’t get one.  Then, within two weeks (usually no more than a day) I will send you a personal email explaining what I intend to do with your question.  If I intend to make a post about it, I’ll say so.  If your question is not one I want to answer with a post, I’ll give you my answer in a personal email and explain why I don’t feel the need to post it online.

Regarding your question, rest assured that I won’t post your email or any name associated with your question online (unless you request that your name and city be attributed to you).  The only thing that will appear on this site is the question itself.  If needed, the question may be paraphrased, or altered in some way, to better address the issue involved.

Please be patient!  Depending upon the difficulty of your question and the various subjects I may need to study before offering an answer, it could take me some time.

If I don’t get back to you, something is wrong, and I may not have actually received your email.  Things happen.  So if after two weeks you have heard nothing, you have two options.  You can either try contacting the Webmaster below (although if one email script on this page is broken, both are likely to be so), or you can post a comment below on this page (that’s something separate from the email scripts).

Thanks for visiting the Steward’s Portion Ministry blog!
